The Event
Pro Beer Sports is proud to invite you to the Beerlympics on Saturday September 9th, 2023! Beerlympics is an annual event held at Stable Studios in Spencer, Indiana. Teams of 4 or 5 players compete in a gauntlet of drinking and skill competitions with honor, glory, and up to $1500 in cash prizes on the line.
Games start at 12:00pm EST and late teams forfeit matches until they arrive. Food will be available to purchase starting at 11:00am. Beers start flowing at 12:00pm. Bud Light will be used for the games and unlimited beer.
We will be camping on location the night before starting at 6:00pm EST. All participants are encouraged to come out the night before to meet and greet, set up your camp, and practice the games until 10:00pm.

Pick your Country
Each team needs to pick an available country and plan on attending dressed in the country’s colors or themes. Representing your chosen country’s colors and flag is part of the fun! There are only 32 team slots so purchase yours quickly!

Reclaiming your Team
Teams that competed in the last Beerlympics have until April 1st to reclaim the same country. Starting April 1st, all countries that haven’t been paid for are available. Any recognized country on Earth is available to reserve, so be creative!
PRIZES
Prize Breakdown
Glory, pride, and $1500 in cash prizes are on the line.
1st place is guaranteed $1000. After that, the total number of teams will determine how many places get paid.
The default prize is 1st wins $1000 and the top three teams win medals. Any payouts after that are based on the number of teams that enter. If over 24 teams register, then 2nd gets $400 as well. If over 30 teams register, then 3rd gets $100 as well.
The 1st place team also wins an exclusive Beerlympics trophy!
The prizes are paid in cash after the Grand Finals! During the ceremony, the top three teams will be recognized and awarded their medals and cash! We will also award the Most Valuable Player trophy after the Grand Finals!

Online Sales
Online ticket sales for the Beerfest and Beerlympics team tickets go on sale starting March 1st. Online ticket sales end at the start of the Beerlympics. Make sure to buy yours before the 32 team slots sell out!
We offer two types of tickets
General Beerfest Admission Ticket for anyone who wants to drink unlimited beer and watch the games.
Beerlympics Full Team Package guarantees team entrance into the Beerlympics tournament for a group of 4 or 5 players. One person buys a team package and must assemble their own team.
Teams must have 4 or 5 players with no other restrictions. Teams must register all teammates at the gate when they arrive at the Beerlympics. Once registered, your team roster cannot change during the event. Teams that don’t preregister online may show up the day of the event and pay at the gate for an additional $20. This is not encouraged because you cannot guarantee all 32 team tickets haven’t sold out before you arrive. You also can not be certain which countries will still be available to represent.

Below are the eligible games to be played at the Beerlympics. Each game will use the official Pro Beer Sports rules.
Beer Pong - 2v2
Flip Cup - 4v4
Turbo Quarters - 2v2
Ponghole - 2v2
Brewball - 4v4
Sticky Wicket - 2v2
Flong - 3v3
Sink the Biz - 3v3
Regicide - 4v4
Beerlay - 4v4 (only played to determine seeding)
Mug Race - 4v4 (only played to break series ties)
Das Boot (only used in Mug Race of Grand Finals)
Team Seeding
At the beginning of the Beerlympics, all teams will participate in the Beerlay. The team that finishes with the fastest Beerlay time becomes the 1 seed, the team with the second fastest time becomes the 2 seed, etc. For the Beerlay rules, click here.
Head to Head
In Rounds 1-3, teams will face off against another team in a best of 5 series. The first four games are picked back and forth by the two teams, with the higher seed picking first. If the series is tied 2-2 after the four games, it comes down to a Mug Race.
Starting in the Final Four, teams will face off against another team in a best of 7 series. The first six games are picked back and forth by the two teams, with the higher seed picking first. If the series is tied 3-3 after the six games, it comes down to a Mug Race. A game can only be played once per series. The tournament will be single elimination.
Grand Finals
The last two teams will play against each other in the Grand Finals. The Grand Finals are a best of 7 series. The first six games are picked back and forth by the two teams. The team with the higher seed picks first. If the series is tied 3-3 after six games, it comes down to a Mug Race with Das Boot as the last mug. Das Boot contains two 12 oz beers. Winner of the Grand Finals wins the Beerlympics, the trophy, and the cash prize!
